Trinh Hong Phong
Director and Founder of Thien Bac Company Limited
Phong had the chance to pursue his own business by starting Thien Bac Company Ltd. specializing in outdoor wooden furniture in 2006. He has brought with him a vast knowledge in the wooden furniture industry after years working for a well-known international company. Phong has succesfully developed the company to a new higher level with two producing factories located in Binh Dinh Province, Vietnam.

Trinh Hong Khiem
Vice Director
Khiem joined Thien Bac Company Ltd in the begining date of the company in 2006. Though a young man, Khiem is very experienced with the outdoor furniture production line as he used to be an excellent Quality Controller in a big factory. He is now taking his role in Financial Control for the Company and the managing position of our first factory in Phu My. Khiem is also in charge of purchasing all material for our production such as raw material, oil, hardware, package and accessories.
Doan Minh Hang
Manager – Sales and Import Export Department
Hang has joined Thien Bac Company Ltd since 2013, after several years working for a wood trading company. Brought with her a wide knowledge about wood trading business and network of customers and partners, she has taken the role of Manager of Sales and Import Export Department. Her responsibility is to lead her team in all commercial activities including Sales, Pricing, Customer Communications and Import Export.
Nguyen Minh Thu
Sales Executive
Thu has joined Thien Bac Company Ltd recently. She accepted the challenge in our company believing in her own solid background as a sales person at other outdoor wooden furniture companies as well as wide range of customer contacts. Her responsibility is to develop our sales volume and turnover including all commercial activities such as Sales, Pricing and Customer Communications.
Huynh Vu Ngoc Hien
Chieft Accountant
Hien joined Thien Bac Company Ltd in 2014, taking her role as Manager for Accounting Department. Her main responsibility is to working on financial related activities. She also manage the accounting and hardware storage team as well as any input and output facilities in the company.
Vo Cong Hai
Production Manager – Phu My Factory
Hai joined Thien Bac Company Ltd in 2013 after several years of experience working as quality controller for some of local wooden furniture companies. His main responsibility is to coordinate with all teams in the production line together with other departments in office to deliver high quality products on time as per the production and shipping plan.
